Please take note of our exciting Golf Classic and Raffle with many wonderful prizes to be won!

This event takes place on Saturday, April 26th 2025 in Kanturk Golf Club and aims to be great day out.

All funds raised will go towards operational costs and resources for the primary school. 

Cost of raffle tickets:

• 1 ticket: €10 

• 3 tickets: €20

Lá Glas was a special part of Seachtain na Gaeilge in Boherbue National School! The children dressed in green and took to the stage to perform wonderful songs and poems as Gaeilge, as well as playing musical instruments. It was a fantastic celebration of our Irish language and culture, and a great lead-up to St. Patrick's Day! To make the day even more exciting, the children received a special treat when they arrived back at school – the ice cream van arrived, bringing smiles all around! 

Well done to all the children who won the St. Patrick's Day art competition! The annual art competition, sponsored by the Boherbue Tidy Towns Committee, took place this week, with pupils in all classes colouring and creating artwork. Special thanks to Michael Cronin and the Tidy Towns Committee for sponsoring the prizes. The artwork was displayed around Boherbue, adding a vibrant touch to the village. Keep up the great work! 

Boherbue National School hosted its annual concert on December 17th and 18th, showcasing the incredible talents of our students. Each class took to the stage, captivating the audience with a variety of songs and performances on the tin whistle and other instruments. A standout moment of the event was the enchanting play A Hint of Snow White, performed by our talented 5th and 6th class students. Their acting and singing were impressive and a true testament to their hard work and dedication. Well done to all involved!
