Halloween Fun in Second Class
Exploring Chromebooks in Second Class
Second Class were very excited to get their own Chromebook logins this week. They learned how to log in, open Google Docs, type using capital letters, add pictures, play a fun maths game, and shut down their Chromebooks properly.
Fifth Class came along to help out, and everyone had a great time. The children can’t wait to use the Chromebooks again!
Spooky Clay Pumpkins
Second Class had fun making spooky pumpkins out of clay and painting them. They turned out fantastic!
Rebel Óg Football Coaching
Rebel Óg Football Coaching with Eamonn Lane – Second Class
We are delighted to welcome Eamonn Lane to our school again this year as part of the Rebel Óg Football Coaching programme. Over the next few weeks, Eamonn will be working with our second class students, helping them develop their football skills, teamwork, and love for the game.
We’re also grateful to the TY students for assisting during the sessions and supporting the younger students.
Graffiti Name Art
Second Class had great fun creating colourful graffiti name art this week! Using oil pastels, they designed bold, eye-catching letters and added bright patterns and shading to make their names stand out. Every piece was full of creativity. Well done, Second Class!
All About Me Self-Portraits
Second Class enjoyed making their self-portraits. They drew and coloured themselves holding a football filled with facts all about them. The results are fantastic — well done, Second Class!
