Scór na bPáistí Duhallow Finals took place on the 4th March 2023 in Kanturk. Boherbue NS had pupils in the set dancing competition, figure dancing competition, solo dancing, solo music, music groups, recitation, quiz and novelty acts. The pupils enjoyed great success with the following winning on the day. These pupils will now go forward to represent Boherbue NS in the County Semi-Finals in Ovens, Cork on the 11th March 2023.
1st place: Figure dancers, Set (Clare Set), Solo dance (Rebecca Twomey Rang 6) & Quiz
2nd place: Set (Sliabh Luachra)
3rd place: Novelty
Scór na nOg 2023
Congratulations to the set dancers and Novelty Act who came 1st in the Duhallow Scó na nOg Finals which took place in Lismire on the 5th March. These pupils will now go on to represent at the County Finals in Ovens the 26th March 2023
Scór na bPáistí 2022
Scór na bPáistí 2022, took place in Newmarket and Freemount on the 20/21 May 2022. This was the Duhallow semi final and finals. Pupils from 3rd-6th class took part in a variety of activities such as Grúpa ceoil, novelty act, recitation, solo singing, quiz, solo music, set dancing and figure dancing.
The following got through to the county finals which will take place in Ovens, Co. Cork on the 11 June 2022.
Set dancing-Kate, Kathleen, Emma, Muireann, Evan, Alexander, Niamh, Aoidín and Chloe.
Figure dancing-Catherine, Lillie, Kate, Muireann, Jessica, Katelyn, Emma and Aoidín.
Quiz-Daniel, Muireann, Tadhg and Shannon
Novelty act-Muireann, Daniel, Alexander, Aodhán, Emma, Kathleen, Evan and Tadhg.
