The Northern Lights
The Northern Lights were visible around Ireland last night and we made our very own Northern Lights artwork in 3rd Class this week using chalk pastels.
๐ฆDomain of the Dinosaurs ๐ฆ
We had a great time visiting the Glucksman Gallery in UCC to see the 'Domain of the Dinosaurs' exhibition. 3rd class found it really interesting seeing all the real life fossils and asked lots of good questions.

BUMBLEance
We had a visit from BUMBLEance the childrens ambulance service for Ireland. They do amazing work each year transporting sick children between their homes and hospital and trying to make this hard journey as easy as possible. We enjoyed seeing the inside of the ambulance and finding out a bit about the service they provide
Ancient Egyptย
This month we learned all about the country of Egypt and the Ancient Egyptians. The children in 3rd Class worked so hard on these amazing projects. They made everything from Pyramids to mummies to Egyptian death masks! It was really enjoyable hearing how everyone made their project and what materials they used... Well done๐
